Alzheimer’s disease is the most common form of dementia — a general term for the loss of memory and other intellectual abilities serious enough to interfere with daily life. The Center provides care to patients with memory loss disorders using a multi-disciplinary approach with the goal of reducing the long-term impact of memory disorders and helping the patient live a more functional life.
