Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) are vital members of the patient care delivery team. They provide direct patient care, spending most of their time in close contact with patients and their families. There is a high turnover rate in the PCT positions, as many advance to RN positions after graduating from nursing school. This program offers team members the opportunity to train for a new role, receive instruction and clinical experience at our hospitals, while continuing to earn a salary and benefits.
