The Donald Roebling Society is the oldest and largest donor society of the Foundation. It exemplifies the community’s passion for extraordinary health care and is named after one of Clearwater’s most notable philanthropists and former hospital board member, Donald Roebling. He gave decades of his life to Morton Plant Hospital and provided engineering advice, energy, drive, direction, and love. Roebling’s generosity, leadership, and legacy continue to impact the hospital today.
