"Serving our hospitals and communities is a daily encounter for the Auxiliary of Mease Health Care volunteers, making a difference every day...one patient, one community member, one volunteer at a time.

As Benefactors, the Mease Auxiliary is working on their second $1 million pledge to the Foundation - having supported such projects as the Women's Center at Mease Countryside, Valet Service, Nursing Scholarships, Family Care Fund, Celebration Picnic for cancer survivors, CareLift transportation service and funds earmarked for the Mease Dunedin renovation currently underway.

Mease Auxiliary volunteers truly are the heart and soul of our hospitals. Their gifts of their time, talent and treasure truly do epitomize the spirit of philanthropy."

James A. Pfeiffer, FACHE
Executive VP, MPMHC
COO/Administrator, Mease Countryside Hospital

"As volunteers to Morton Plant Hospital, the Morton Plant Caring Partners give countless hours of their time and talent every day. Without their dedicated service to the hospital, its team members and patients, we would not be able to deliver the excellent care that we do to our community.

As Benefactors, Caring Partners have put their treasure where their heart is. Their gifts have funded programs such as Camp Living Springs, Nursing Scholarships, the Family Care Fund, the lobby at Cantonis ER-1 and the new Morton Plant Mease Caring Partners Tuttle Auditorium.

The spirit of volunteerism - giving back to the community through their time, talent and financial support - is at the heart of the Morton Plant Caring Partners."

Hal Ziecheck, FACHE
COO, Morton Plant Hospital
