The 2007 Caring for Our Community Campaign, Light Up Someone's Life, has once again shined a bright light on Morton Plant Mease team members and their commitment to give back to their workplace and community.

 

More than 5,200 team members stepped up to the challenge to raise funds for various community programs. The six-week campaign, which team members have the option to contribute to the Morton Plant Mease Foundation, the Morton Plant Mease Family Care Fund, and/or the United Way of Tampa Bay, raised over $348,000.

In fact, over the past decade, team members have contributed more than $2 million to Morton Plant Mease Foundation, recognizing them collectively as Benefactors to the Foundation. Our Benefactors are a remarkable group of philanthropists who have have each contributed $1 million or more cumulatively over their lifetime to ensure that quality health care is available to our community.
