These Societies were developed to help meet the ongoing needs of the hospitals and the community we serve. These leaders strengthen our tradition of health of our community by providing substantial annual funds for patient care services and technology. Donors, in most cases, are recognized on the donor wall in the lobby of the hospital they chose to support.

The Adler Guild was established to honor the philanthropic tradition of William and Elizabeth Adler, who made major financial gifts to Morton Plant Hospital and our community as their legacies of love.

The Adlers felt a strong commitment to help others and to share their blessings. Many others are doing the same – designating a substantial future gift to support the hospitals of Morton Plant Mease Health Care. By naming Morton Plant Mease Foundation in their wills, trusts or estate plans, they ensure quality healthcare for our community to help save and enrich lives for many years to come.

Lifetime Giving Societies have been established to give special recognition to the hospital's most generous and dedicated individuals, foundations and corporations. These leaders strengthen our tradition of health care excellence and are the community's most valuable resources.

FCS was started in 1979 when a dozen local professionals in the fields of law, accounting, real estate, financial planning, insurance and trust banking grouped their expertise and pledged their support to what was then Morton Plant Foundation. Since those early years, FCS has grown to an impressive committee of over 150 whose efforts, on behalf of the Foundation, have helped raise millions of dollars in support of the not-for-profit Morton Plant Mease Health Care.
