"Miles for Men" Prostate Cancer Awareness Race

Morton Plant Mease Foundation's "Miles for Men" Prostate Cancer Awareness Race will be held on Saturday, September 7th at Coachman Park in Clearwater. The family-friendly 5k and 10k race/walk also features a "Miracle Mile" and Kids Dash for ages 10 and under. Presented by Urology Specialists of West Florida, the 4th annual race will benefit the prostate cancer programs at the hospitals of Morton Plant Mease.

Costs:
– 5k Early Registration: $25
– 10k Early Registration: $25
– Miracle Mile (1 mile, untimed) - $15
– Kids Dash (up to age 9) - $10

Kids Dash Age Groups:
– 400 yard dash: 9-10 year olds
– 300 yard dash: 7-8 year olds
– 200 yard dash: 5-6 year olds
– 100 yard dash: 3-4 year olds
– 50 yard dash: 1-2 year olds

Awards:
Trophies will be awarded to the first place male and female finishers in the 5k, 10k and 1 mile. Top finisher awards will go to the first 25 male and 25 female finishers of the 5k and 10k. All children participating in the Kids Dash will receive a medal. All race times will be available on Coolrunning.com after the race.
